Hotel Marincanto

The hotel is run down. The lobby has no charm and looks like a blank slate. The furnishings are plain. Unlike as advertised, there are no flowers of any kind in the public areas. The rooms are roomy but uninteresting. If all you care about is the view this may be the place. But if you want charm or ambiance you will be disappointed.

Criticisms are always precious and we are used to accepting them as a incentive to constantly improve and better fulfill guests’ expectations.

However, there are some feedbacks, which seem to be not generous nor rewarding. They don’t repay, in our opinion, the continuous efforts and investments we have realized in the last years.

A few doubts on the objectiveness of this review comes from the judgment on the lack of flowers in the common areas because it has always been our main concern and passion to enrich all our spaces with all sorts of different flowers. Apart from our web site, hundreds of pictures taken from guests give the best answer to this criticism and I believe they are the most reliable witnesses.

For sure, we will use this feedback to try and increase the charm and welcoming atmosphere we have always given our guests for more than 40 years.
