Karen's Review Of This Property:

The Hotel Luna savors one of the most beautiful, tranquil locations on the island of Capri. It is just a short walk from the village yet, in atmosphere, it seems a world away from the bustle and noise. The overall mood at the hotel is set by its delightful approach, a covered trellis pathway which in summer is completely shaded by brilliant bougainvillea and grapevines and bordered by flowers: a wonderful introduction to the Hotel Luna and to a restful interlude by the sea. To the left of the path as you approach the hotel, you see the Luna’s large swimming pool surrounded by flowers and a view to the sea. The hotel is perched on the cliffs overlooking a spectacular coastline of green hills dropping straight into the sea, from which emerge giant rock formations. On two sides of the hotel there is a terrace with comfortable chairs where guests may enjoy this spectacular view. Just below the terrace is an open-air bar set on a balcony that hangs out over the cliffs with an unsurpassed panorama of the sea. The reception area and the lounges are attractively decorated using a pleasing, fresh color scheme of white, blue, and yellow. The bar is especially appealing with slipcovered chairs that pick up the rich colors in the tiled floors. There are a few antiques around to add charm. The guestrooms are also attractive. If you want to splurge, ask for one of the guestrooms facing the sea—the vista is memorable.
