La Soare

In the local dialect of the Nympheo, La Soare means “facing the sun.” In the mountains, the sunniest place is the warmest, most hospitable. The name, itself, inspired the Boutari family to give new meaning to this precious ancestral home.
Michael Tsirlis, a local resident who lived and worked many years in Egypt, built this impressive manor house in Nymphaio in 1925. He was a relative of the grandfather of Yannis Boutari, wine producer.
With great respect for the ambience of the home, many precious pieces of furniture were carefully restored for the enjoyment of guests. In a perfect blend of the traditional and new, La Soare has truly become an ideal escape offering warm and hospitable moments.
High ceilings, spacious rooms, a lounging area, the original, large kitchen and beautiful courtyard are all open to guests.
La Soare is available for private rental in its entirety and can accommodate nine guests. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and is supplied with fresh provisions from the village for breakfast, or a meal.
