Louisa’s Place is a haven within the vibrant, ever-active city of Berlin. When planning their hotel, the owner’s top priority was to create an environment where guests are treasured. The mood is set from the moment you arrive and find the front door is not left open for just anyone off the street. A bell discreetly announces your arrival and you are quickly brought inside where one of the gracious staff will welcome and assist you to your room. Not only the warmth of the all the personnel, but also the splendid furnishings, makes the hotel very appealing. The stunning library, with its antique paneled walls, glorious parquet floor, cozy fireplace, crystal chandeliers, and handsomely upholstered furniture, looks like a room in a country manor. Within the hotel is an outstanding upscale restaurant, Balthazar. There is also a delightful breakfast room decorated in creamy tones of white. Another plus is a splendid indoor swimming pool with walls highlighted by romantic murals.
