We stayed at the Gasthof Kreuz Post which we saw on this website but I cannot find it now. We stayed at the Gasthof Kreuz Post which we saw on this website but I cannot find it now. Perhaps it has been pulled from your list for a reason but we thought it was very worthy of your guide. The greeting we received wasn’t terribly warm but the young woman did come around. Our room was charming and a nice size, the bathroom was brand new looking and the whole place was very clean. Parking was offsite because it’s on the ’mall’ but that was not an inconvenience in good weather. We dined at the restaurant and they were accommodating when we changed our minds about dining outdoors and wanted to move inside where we got the only remaining table. The menu was not in English and it was a challenge to get an English interpretation but this was the case everywhere we went in Germany except Munich. Our meals were pricey but delicious.
