Veronique and Olivier’s house has been completely renovated with a new space « Garden Lounge », really haven of peace opened to a greenness place. Since March 2009, the adventure has been continued with the creation of 12 new and typical bedrooms. Of course, epicure man, Olivier usually cooks with instinct and always chooses products he likes to eat with a total respect of tastes and flavours. The Château de Champlong, located right in the heart of the Roannais region, is set in lush green countryside.
