Karen's Review Of This Property:

High atop a hill, set against the blue Riviera sky between Cannes and Monaco, the medieval town of Saint Paul de Vence is bounded by tall ramparts. Its narrow streets are lined with little houses and at its very heart you find Hôtel le Saint-Paul. The charming mood is set as soon as you enter the hotel and see the cozy lounge—appealingly decorated in a French country-Provençal theme. Because the hotel is built within the shell of a 16th-century home, the majority of the rooms are cozy in size and each room is tastefully decorated with new fabrics and antique furnishings and offers every amenity. There are thirteen luxurious suites, one of which, painted with charming frescoes, enjoys a large flowered terrace overlooking the valley and for the truly romantic another suite has a large roof terrace with a gorgeous view of the valley. For complete privacy or comfortable accommodation for four, request the top deluxe suite. The restaurant has beautiful murals, an interior fountain and serves gourmet meals on the sheltered, flower-decked terrace in the summer. This is truly one of our favorite hotels!
