Karen's Review Of This Property:

This inn nestled at the base of the village of Les Baux de Provence occupies a quiet location among olive trees surrounded by the chalky, white-rock hillsides dotted with the green shrubbery of Provence. The soft sandstone color of its exterior, dressed with soft green shutters, white trim, and a rust tile roof, was artfully selected to blend rather than contrast with the warmth of its setting. The entry of the hotel is light and spacious, decorated with a mix of modern pieces and contemporary fabrics. Beams contrast with whitewashed walls and the floor is of terra-cotta tile. The lovely bedrooms are decorated with rustic oak furniture and dressed with Provençal prints and light colors. Some of the rooms have lovely hand-painted furniture. Bathrooms are spotless and modern and each room is equipped with color satellite TV, safe, mini-bar, and air conditioning. A few guestrooms open onto garden terraces with their own garden entry and a lovely suite enjoys its own private garden and terrace, and looks out to the olive trees. The pool with Jacuzzi offers a peaceful oasis, surrounded by a lush green lawn, and it is here that grilled meats and Provençal salads are served at lunchtime. After a day of sightseeing, you can relax on a comfortable lounger, looking out to the hills of Provence.
