Hotel Cap de Castel

We loved this small hotel near Castres. The owner, David Henry, is charming, helpful and very welcoming. The hotel is in a beautifully renovated and decorated old building in a quiet, hilltop village with spectacular views towards the Black Mountain and distant Pyrenees. We are not able to comment on the restaurant as we were there on Sunday, the only day it is closed. A good continental breakfast was served next morning, overseen by David’s sister. We really would have liked to stay longer and will most certainly will return next time we are in the area.
