Château de Mercuès

There is an enchantment about this beautiful castle high above Mercuès and the Lot Valley. The Vigouroux family owns vineyards which produce sumptuous wines bottled under the Château de Haute Serre and Château de Mercuès label and they have built some large cellars under the gardens with a connecting underground passage to the château to store their produced and acquired wines.
