Inside, it is a charming country inn, now one century old, whose owners, Pascal and Christèle Fouassier, extend a warm welcome and strive to offer personal and professional service to their guests. This unpretentious hotel also boasts a gourmet restaurant under the direction of David Marlien, a young chef who will please you with his innovative cooking. The menu, which changes with each season, boasts many regional specialties to compliment some of the regions’ and the world’s finest wines. In a convival surrounding, David, Pascal and Christèle Fouassier are a team who share their passion for cuisine and hospitality. Bedrooms are located in quiet wings that stretch behind the hotel. The smaller, less expensive, rooms are decorated in what is described as rustic. Larger rooms are more county house-style in their decor. Sixteen plainer rooms are found in a modern house in the village.
