Le Clos des Saunières

Le Clos des Saunières, located just a few miles away from Beaune, makes an excellent base from which to explore the area. Bruno bought this 18th-century property in 2005, and spent a full year of renovations. This property has a very special feel to it, and with its five-acre garden and vineyards, the setting is gorgeous. The five bedrooms are all very charming, each named after a grape variety; three are located on the main floor and two suites are on the first floor and all are decorated with care and detail. Furnishings are rustic antiques. They have brand new bathrooms and some rooms have beamed ceilings and exposed stones on the walls. Located in a peaceful hamlet, you will enjoy breakfast on the grounds where tables are set on the grass or in the middle of the vineyards and next to the 17th-century Pigeon Tower. And then, enjoy their swimming pool with never-ending vineyards and nature views. On top of being welcomed with an aperitif and tasting their property wine. For more comfort, two cottages have been built so you might want to stay longer and enjoy the place and its surroundings.
