This 16th century enchanting inn has charming rooms overlooking picture postcard settings. It is located in one of the most beautiful areas of France. The lovely and interesting Chateau Bourdeilles is a 5 minute walk. The romantic dinners are exceptional with many Perigord traditional specialties. The staff is warm and welcoming. We spent three delightful evenings and cannot recommend it more highly.

The Hostellerie des Griffons was one of our favorite places when we toured France for our honeymoon. Our room overlooked the river and the chateau and castle. It was so charming and romantic, and we enjoyed walking through the town and admiring the lovely gardens, the incredible architecture, and the friendly people. There are plenty of things to do and see close by and we hope to return one day to finish exploring the area. This was truly a wonderful place to stay!
