Casa Malibu

Behind Casa Malibu’s bland ‘50s motel façade you find a simple, attractive entry, dressed with fresh flowers, opening onto the back central courtyard. The manicured back garden is beautifully landscaped and flows to a tiled patio, which extends out to a glass-enclosed bay-window alcove set with tables overlooking the ocean. A single-story wing of 8 lovely rooms sits right on the beach. These delightful high-ceilinged rooms are decorated in pale colors, furnished with wicker and open onto glass-walled decks. Several have Jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces and connecting doors. Other rooms are found in the building either on the first floor overlooking the lush interior courtyard or on the second floor enjoying views of the courtyard garden and glimpses of the distant blue water. Some rooms are equipped with kitchenettes, some with gas fireplaces, and others with a deck. Continental breakfast is offered each morning in the lobby and room service is available from local restaurants for lunch and dinner. Beach towels, umbrellas and chairs are on hand for you to take down to the beach which is freshly raked every morning.
