Come and Cook with Luisa

Savour her Authentic Cuisine and Love for Food

In the cozy atmosphere one finds the opportunity to learn cooking tips and savor authentic Italian food. The dishes prepared  are all made from organic produce that Luisa purchases at an organic farm in the nearby area. Chopping or rolling pasta, shaping gnocchi or putting strings on bundles one feels involved in every aspect of cooking. In a convivial ambiance participants help setting the table then sit around the board, in the yard during the good season, to enjoy the meal prepared.     

Luisa Zecchinato was born in Verona, Italy where she grew  in a blissful family of three brothers, lovely parents and compelled relatives. When she married and came in tje United States she discovered her love for cooking, something she inherited from her grandmother who was an excellent cook. In 1991 she started her business in cooking  and catering. In 1995 she moved to Cape Cod,  Massachusetts where she introduced Northern Italian Cuisine and Gourmet groups that together with her catering program she named “La Buona Cucina” , good cuisine. Luisa Zecchinato is living in Italy now but spend part of the year on the Cape where she features lectures on Northern Italian food and culture. She also  travels throughout United States to promote her cooking and wine tours. Her classes, which are held throughout the year in the area near Verona convey  the ambience, joy and togetherness that you find in an Italian table: recipes are originally taken from the Venetian region and from regions nearby.  

Cooking classes are held in the beautiful kitchen of Villa Musella

Cooking classes are held throughout the year, besides from Dec. 15 to Jan. 30 when Villa Musella is closed

Lunch time classes start at 11 in the morning

Dinner classes start at 4.30-5.00 in the afternoon

A typical class lasts from 4 to 5 hours and includes the preparation of three courses

Each course is matched by a DOC wine produced by the winery

Cost of a cooking class based on two partecipants is euro 180,00 and it includes a brochure of recipes and all ingredients
