COOKING LESSONS at a Relais & Chateaux in Veneto - Prosecco hills

The renowned La Corte restaurant at Villa Abbazia, is proposing a series of cooking lessons throughout the year.

Led by chef Rosi Zanon you will learn the little tricks of the trade, tools and methods, as well as new dishes.

The  Lessons will be taught in English

The lessons are suitable for small groups from a minimum of 2 up to 8 people and aimed aimed at anyone who wants to approach fine gourmet cuisine from simple dishes for beginners to more elaborate preparations.

Each participant is actively involved in the suggestion of recipes and the creation of the menu.

Classes are available all year.
