These fun, hands-on Tuscan cooking classes are taught by Silvia who introduces you to Tuscan culture and traditions, wineries, quaint medieval and Renaissance towns, and of course that ineffable quality that has made Tuscany the most popular destination in Italy for centuries. Explore such renowned towns as Cortona, Montepulciano, Siena, and Assisi; form new friendships in the kitchen and around the table, and feast on luscious pastas and soups, meats and cheeses, wonderful produce and mouth-watering desserts. And to top it all off, this exquisite Tuscan cooking class experience is accompanied by an abundance of excellent local Tuscan wines. The wooded hills, olive groves, vineyards and hill towns have long been the destination of travelers; now make them your home during your authentic Tuscan cooking vacation.

Your classes will be conducted under the supervision of owner and host Silvia Baracchi. Your teacher will be either Silvia or the chef Richard Titi. The classes are held in a teaching kitchen dedicated for the lessons. They all embrace the same easy approach to the secrets of Tuscan cuisine, and will introduce you to recipes that you will be able to replicate when you return home. Il Falconiere Cooking School will increase your natural love for food and provide you with the skills you need to translate this love into beautiful and imaginative cuisine.

Should you wish to amend or to cancel the reservation, we would respectfully ask you to conform the following terms:

up to 16 days prior to clients’ arrival - no penalty

15 days prior arrival 1 night charge on credit card as guarantee for the reservation (deposit)

less than 15 up to 7days prior to clients’ arrival 50% charge (on the entire stay)

less than 7 days prior to clients’ arrival, full charge (of the entire stay)

ANY CHANGE OR CANCELLATION must be accepted and confirmed from us
