2nd and 3rd Week-end of January 2011; 1st and 2nd Week-end of February
Arrival on Friday. Diner around our specialty, not including drinks.
Saturday morning: 8h30 Departure for truffle market of Sarlat (you can buy your own truffle); 11h Back to Domme; 12H15 quick lunch all together (drinks included).
Saturday afternoon: 13h45 to 17h go and cook truffle.
Saturday evening: 19h15 Degustation of wine according to truffle; 20h Dinner, enjoy your truffle course!
Sunday morning: 10h30 to 11h30 Learn how to preserve truffle.
12h15 Lunch together; departure.
You will be with Pascal Bouland the owner, chief of the kitchen, a Maîtres Cuisiniers de France and lover of truffle.
Sophie, his wife, will welcome you in the restaurant and will present you the Bergerac and Cahors wine and vineyard, and help you for your visit of the countryside and area.
Small groups not over 8 people.
Residence in standard room: 350€ per person for double occupancy; 80€ supplement for single occupancy
Residence in superior rooms: 390€ per person for double occupancy
Reservations for December 2010 will be taken between 1st April 2010 and 30th October 2010
Reservations for January 2011 and February 2011 will be taken between 1st April 2010 and 12th December 2010
CANCELLATION POLICY: No charge if cancellation is received more than 10 days prior to reservation.
