Alexandria Bay

Continuing along on Route 37 from Ogdensburg, then follow Route 12 to Alexandria Bay. The town was built out onto a promontory into the bay and is now the center of much of the area’s tourism. Boat tours depart from the town and while cruising the bay one can see many of the homes built by wealthy vacationers in an earlier era.
