You’ll marvel at the natural bridges, breathtaking canyons, exceptional vegetation, hillside vineyards, dolmens and ramparts of the ancient Cathar City of Minerve. Minerve is a wonderful city to park the car and explore. Nearby, don’t miss the white chalk cliffs and canyons hollowed out over the centuries by small rivers.
