The Charming Villa Nuba Apartments:
My wife and I have stayed at this lovely villa on the edge of Perugia several times. The accomodations are first rate for both shorter stays and extended visits. The three apartments are well appointed and very comfortable. The smallest apartment is ideal for a couple or single visitor and the larger apartments are well suited for a family. The location is ideal for experiencing Perugia or exploring the surrounding Umbrian countryside. Walk or take a short bus ride to Perugia’s historic centro. Free parking at the villa if you have a car. The English speaking owners and staff are wonderful. They happily accomodate any special requests including personalized tours of the surrounding area. For the convenience of an "in-town" location with a relaxing "country villa" setting you can’t beat it.

Villa Nuba really is a very special place. The location is ideal over looking the lush green hills of Perugia plus it is very convenient to the heart of the old hill town. The Nuzzaci family that owns and manages the lovely villa are fantastic hosts offering many extras to make your stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible.
