Tenuta Santo Pietro

From Rome: The best way from Fiumicino is to take the Rome-Fiumicino highway (follow signs for Rome) until you reach the exit marked GRA in Firenze direction - NOT in Napoli direction.You will have to take this exit and get on the GRA - Rome’s ring road. (You will be on the inside lane driving in a clockwise direction). Then follow the signs for Firenze which will take you to the A1 highway.Stay on the A1 (heading north) for just over 100Km then take the Chiusi-Chianciano Terme exit (the exit before it is called Fabbro).  
After the toll booth you head right then immediately left. You will see signs for Montepulciano and Pienza and can follow those. The road you will be getting on is called the ss146 which drives past Chianciano Terme, S.Albino and then when you see the turn off for Montepulciano on the right you will see signs for Pienza on the left. Follow those - Santo Pietro is about 7km away from the
Montepulciano turn off and will be on your left hand side.  
As a reference you will pass a place called Fago on the left, then a cheese producer on the left called Solp and soon after a road on the right (the SP15) - Tenuta Santo Pietro is about 1/2 mile after the intersection on your left hand side. You will see a sign with a key on it - it is about 5Km before Pienza.


From Florence: The easiest way to get here from Florence is to take the A1 highway (the one that goes from Florence to Rome) until Bettolle - Val di Chiana. If you take this exit and then follow the signs for Torrita di Siena you will be on the SP15. After Torrita di Siena follow the signs for Pienza. When the SP15 finishes it meets with the SS146. Take a right on the SS146 in the direction of Pienza (not Montepulciano) and we are located on the left hand side just over 1/2 mile from this intersection. You will see our sign with the "key" logo. We are located about 5Km before Pienza. From Siena: Coming from Siena you have two options, the more scenic route is to take the SS2 (Cassia) going south - which passes by Buonconvento and below Montalcino. You could then reach us by following the SS2 until S. Quiricio d’Orcia. From there you take the SS146 to Pienza, pass by Pienza in the direction Montepulciano and we are located on your right hand side 5 Km after Pienza - about 1 Km before us you will see a castle called Pallazzo Massaini on you lhs and a dirt road which says Monticchiello on your rhs.

Otherwise you can take the raccordo Siena-Perugia until Bettolle. From Bettolle follow the signs for Torrita di Siena you will be on the SP15. After Torrita di Siena follow the signs for Pienza. When the SP15 finishes it meets with the SS146. Take a right on the SS146 in the direction of Pienza (not Montepulciano) and we are located on the left hand side just over 1/2 mile from this intersection. You will see our sign with the "key" logo. We are located about 5Km before Pienza.
