Our first stop on a 12 day trip. Close to Florence airport; great base to visit Lucca and Pisa. Very small town with several very good restaurants. But best of all was the hospitality of our hosts who made our introduction to Italy very welcoming. Marta was especially helpful arranging for delivery of one late arriving suitcase and advising us on where to buy an electrical adapter because Italy does not use the same plug as many other European countries.
