Very good. Staff very welcoming, spoke good English & showed us around the accomodation. This was our second stay there. It is a lovely place in a very beautiful part of Tuscany. Ideal location for Lucca, Pisa and Firenze. Good for trips north into the mountains. Villages with good grocery stores very close by. A great place for either relaxing or holidaying with children.
