Il Cucco

I’m an executive of the Internal Revenue Service. I work in Florence where I live. At least two times a month I pass week-end in Emilia Romagna, where I have relatives and friends at Ferrara and Bologna. Always I lodge with the agritourism “Il Cucco”. I don’t describe here the farm, restored with refined taste about ten years ago: you can see it in www.ilcucco.it . I traveled in France, United Kingdom, and Italy of course, always trusting in Karen Brown. I assure you people can find here the atmosphere and the cozy place just like the guesthouses you suggest in your guides: warm, homely, cushy and natty. I add only Mrs Sandra in kitchen is great, able to transform in delicious meal the products “really organic” grown in their fields (eggs, domestic fowl, fruit and vegetables). Her husband Mr Angelo goes in for organic farming. He was a company director. Got a degree in agriculture, now he is farmer and manager of the guest house. They are young, well-read and gentle persons. In my opinion “Il cucco” deserves your attention. Visit it, please, I’m sure you’ll insert in your guide. Anyway, thank you for your books and suggestions which have modified deeply my way of traveling.
