San Teodoro Nuovo

On our drive across southern Italy with friends we enjoyed two glorious days/nights at San Teodoro Nuovo. This farm/vineyard was the highlight of our trip. We were welcomed by very gracious Maria & Giovanni. We were very fortunate to reside in one wing (2 bedrooms with a living room, kitchen, and patio) of the main brick villa which was covered end-to-end with bougainvillea vines. We were welcomed by very gracious Maria & Giovanni. We were very fortunate to reside in one wing (2 bedrooms with a living room, kitchen, and patio) of the main brick villa which was covered end-to-end with bougainvillea vines. The entire property was magnificent...apartment furnishings, the courtyard, gardens, pool area, cypress-lined driveway, and the restaurant located in the vineyards. The quality of the dinners and breakfasts was excellent. Much of the foods originated in the farm’s organic fields. Hopefully we will visit again, and stay longer. This place was definitely up to the standards we expect with Karen Brown’s recommendations. Thanks again for a wonderful, wonderful experience!!
