Directions Put In By The Property:

From Cork;Take N25  until you reach the outer ring road R470. Follow signs to airport.Take this until you reach the airport exit R708, follow signs for Waterford Airport to the end of this road. Turn left at junction onto R685, left up the hill at Murphy's pub (yellow thatched pub) straight on until you reach major junction Gaultier X. Drive  straight on until the next junction Leperstown X (where you have right of way) and down the hill past ballyglan . At the very bottom the road turns a corner to the left. Our gate is immediatly on the right next to a tree with silver chain fence to protect the grass.From Dublin;When you reach Waterford take the toll bridge onto the R470  and follow as above. from Rosslare /Wexford  Take the N25  to outskirts of Wexford. At Clonard roundabout take the R733 to Ballyhack via Wellington Bridge, Ramsgrange  Arthurstown  to  Ballyhack where the car ferry runs across to Passage East. Keep left off the ferry and drive down river for 2 miles past the Sarratoga pub on the left. Gaultier lodge is the last house on the left behind a high wall  ,the gate is next to the chain railing protecting the grass.
