La Villa Noria

Once the famous gourmet chef of the Hostellerie de Crillon le Brave, Philippe Monti, now boasts his own bed and breakfast.  Philippe dotes on his guests; he acts as personal chef to his guests privileged to stay in this beautifully renovated 18^th-century house, named for the oldest and rarest Noria waterwheel located in the garden. All of the charming and comfortable bedrooms are spacious and rustic and are furnished with wrought-iron beds and locally found antiques. Provencal fabrics and beamed ceilings enhance the ambiance. Some rooms enjoy a private terrace. The Pomme de Pin suite has a canopy bed, polished walls, a living room and a huge open bathroom with bathtub and shower. Well-tended gardens abound, the display of flowers is gorgeous and a beautiful saltwater pool is set in the middle of the garden and includes a pool house. Even the wash-house has been transformed into an inviting summer living room so you can relax and enjoy the surrounding beauty. The Montis have a real passion for nature and they have planted a few fruit trees, so you can enjoy their excellent marmalade and fresh fruit when you attend their table d’hôte several times a week. Philippe was born in the area, and has traveled all around France as a chef, and he is eager to show you all that the region has to offer.
