La Ferme de la Huppe

We are pleased that one of our favorite places to stay and dine has reopened under new ownership.  Daniela and Fabien Ernandes have taken over the operation of La Ferme de la Huppe and with dedicated renovations are pleased to offer guests better and improved comforts for their guests. This is a lovely property. A handsome old stone farmhouse that was in almost ruin when purchased by the previous owners who then restored it into an absolute dream. The couple have improved the property even more with enlarged gardens, fresh new decor and furnishings in all the guestrooms and the charming restaurant. As described by the owners, their intent was to preserve the style of an old farm but with more comfort.The ten guestrooms, all with air conditioning, are in a cluster of weathered stone buildings that form a small courtyard. The name of each room gives a clue as to its original use such as The Old Kitchen, The Hayloft, and The Wine Press. Each room is decorated using country antiques and Provençal fabrics. The small restaurant is delightfully appealing with massive beamed ceiling, tiled floor, exposed stone walls, and country-style antique furnishings. The team in the kitchen benefits from talent that apprenticed at 2-star Michelin restaurants-quite impressive and wonderful for dining guests.
