Domaine de Pasiphae

Touring through Normandy, by pure chance, I discovered this B&B and I would like to recommend it. It is a lovely house dating from the 19th century and has been completely renewed with all this century's comforts. The decoration is fabulous, if one likes antique furniture mixed with contemporary decoration. The couple, Anne and Jean François who owns the Domaine de Pasiphae Bed and Breakfast are charming and one feels a great sense of hospitality and what is most important they speak perfect English. I also recommend that you take your dinner there as Jean François is a fabulous cook and a wine connousseur. This B&B is a perfect spot to visit Normandy one hour drive from the DDay beaches, Bayeux, the birthplace of William the Conqueror (Falaise) , the Mont Saint Michel By car it is located 2O minutes from the Paris Caen highway and easy to find.
