Le Moulin Neuf

Your charming hosts, Robert and Stuart, were on holiday from England when they discovered Le Moulin Neuf and they bought it on the spot. They have since poured their love and immense talent into creating a dream. Robert and Stuart live in an enchanting stone house on the property. Next door, a cozy cottage (dedicated to guests) has an ever-so-appealing lounge with grey painted walls and soft cream drapes, accenting comfortable sofas grouped around an enormous walk-in fireplace. There are six prettily and newly decorated bedrooms, each with a tranquil view of the parklike grounds. Meticulously tended flowerbeds abound and the old millstream loops lazily through lush grass dappled with shade from large trees. Completing this idyllic scene is a romantic pond. Dotting the lawn are lounge chairs where guests relax, only occasionally disturbed by a duck waddling by, or perhaps a nuzzle from Sammy, their adorable dog. Le Moulin Neuf is truly a very special bed and breakfast and the price is remarkably low for such fine quality and outstanding charm. If you are going to arrive after 6 pm, please call to make special arrangements.

Our family of 4 recently had an outstanding stay with Robert and Stuart at the Moulin Neuf. Everything about our visit was perfect. Our hosts could not have been more charming and helpful, the location was idyllic, the breakfasts delicious, and the recommended local restaurants fabulous. Our two daughters loved the ducks, the dog and the cats and would have been delighted if we had never left the property. We can’t wait to go back.

We spent 3 lovely days at this B&B and enjoyed it very much. The hosts are as nice as the setting, made us feel right at home, and were great about suggesting things to do, and booking restaurants. The property is beautiful, the rooms are nicely appointed. Not big, but big enough, and very comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious. Especially for the price, it’s a great place to stay. Probably the only negative was that our beds were a tad short, though that didn’t stop us from sleeping very well t...
