Karen's Review Of This Property:

Villa Verucchio is a small commercial area just inland from the famous beaches of Rimini, the summer playground of young Italians attracted by its nightlife and budget rates. The Tenuta Amalia is a vast property owned by the Savazzi family, divided up into several different businesses, each run individually. Case Rosse is the red farmhouse transformed into a pleasant little bed and breakfast and there are also three different restaurants, vineyards, and a 27-hole golf course created around the family’s 18th-century villa. Although it is a bit confusing at first, the bed and breakfast is right on the road leading to the golf club entrance. Partizia Riccardi welcomes guests to the rustic farmhouse, which offers four double bedrooms upstairs and two on the ground floor. Each is appointed individually with country antiques and yellow bedspreads. A separate three-bedroom house nearby offers accommodation for six persons. Breakfast is served either out on the covered porch or in the beamed breakfast room overlooking a small garden and there is a cozy living room with large stone fireplace. From here you have easy access to the beautiful countryside bordering the Marches with such highlights as the independent state of San Marino, San Leo, Santarcangelo and Urbino.
