Karen's Review Of This Property:
This place totally captivated my heart. Going down the driveway you see an immense landscape with an stone house and blue shutters surrounded by olive and pine trees and lavender bushes. Fabienne bought this 17th century sheepfold fully renovated and converted it to a B&B to open in 2005. She has preserved the authentic architectural features while adding all the amenities. The ground floor still has stones, a little watering place which belongs to the reception area, and an awesome volute gives atmosphere to the dining room with wooden tables and chairs covered with a light beige fabric in contemporary style. On the side a fireplace invites you to a cozy area. An ancient stone staircase leads to the rooms: three suites, three standard rooms and two superior rooms. None of the rooms are alike, each with different colors, fabrics and furniture. Almost all the rooms have stone floors, beamed ceilings, some with a terrace or a small private garden. And after having a bountiful breakfast, why not work out by playing tennis or golf, ride a bike around the seventy-five acre grounds, or just lay by the large natural pool and Jacuzzi and relax in the shade of the trees. The bonus is the table d’hôte with fresh local products of the day. This treasure is definitely a place to experience!
