Overall our stay was fine. There was no breakfast but we were told that ahead and the price was reduced. This was a minor inconvenience. The room was clean and quiet. We were very dissappointed with the description of the location. It said it was located on a bike trail 20 km from Lake Guarda. We expected to ride the bikes provided this short distance to this major tourist area. In fact the distance was about 40 miles one way on the trail. After riding for 3 hours (we are experienced riders) we were not even close to our destination and we had to return to get back before dark. I drove to Lake Guarda the next day and it took about one hour by car.

This decription was very misleading and I would not have chose this place if I had known.
