Just south of the interpretive center, at the tip of the Quarry Cove Inter-tidal headlands, stands Yaquina Lighthouse (open daily from June 15th to September 15th for guided morning tours, weather permitting), built in 1873 and billed as the tallest lighthouse on the Oregon coast at 93 feet.
