What inspired Wright was the opportunity to merge one of the most beautiful of all sites—a waterfall and stream running through rocky terrain—and a structure designed to harmonize with the majesty of the setting. If you have ever built a house and if you are fascinated by design, you must travel to visit this Frank Lloyd Wright creation—it will provide you with a lifelong memory. Visiting Fallingwater is by 45-minute guided tour only. Opening times vary by season, so call to be sure that you will be able to see this masterpiece.
