The State Gallery is situated in the medieval complex of the Hohes Schloss, high above Fuessen’s Old town. Knight’s Hall with a splendid carved wooden ceiling, Branch Gallery of the Bavarian State Collections of Paintings with late gothic and renaissance paintings and sculptures, Munich Painters of the 19th century.
Open:
April to October Tuesdays to Sundays: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
November to March Fridays to Sundays: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
