The Dorfmuseum (on the market place) is well-worth the entrance fee. On the first floor are several rooms set up to show how the locals lived in years gone by with displays of country-simple antiques, among them some lovely examples of painted beds, chests, and cupboards. The second floor is full of farm implements and the floor under the eaves covers winemaking in the area. (9 am–6 pm, April to October; 10 am–noon and 2–4 pm November to March.)
