,Just outside Snow Hill, you come to Furnace Town, the site of Maryland’s only bog-ore furnace. The town is now a living heritage museum. The re-created town includes the old furnace along with a church, printers shop, blacksmith, weavers shop as well as other buildings and crafts necessary for the functioning of a town in the 1830's and 40's.
