Buckingham Palace is the main home of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip. In the summer the state apartments are open to the public. Rooms that you can visit include: the Throne room, the Music Room and the State Dining room. The Changing of the Guard happens daily at 11.30 am from April 3 until August 3, and every other day at 11.30 am from August 3 till April 3. Arrive early to get a good view.
