Arco de la Estrella ( Star's Arch ) was built in the 18th century by Manuel de Larra Churriguera and it's Barroque style. It was built over a 15th century construction and it's wide so that the carriages could pass without difficulties. In the back side (when you arrive from Plaza Mayor - Mayor Square ) there is a statue of Virgen de la Estrella ( Star's Virgen ), from which the arch was named after.
