Fontvieille, Provence-Alps-Côte d’Azur, France |
| Recenter Map To This Location |
Fontvieille is a small roadside town located between the lovely Roman city of Arles and Les Baux. It is home to the Moulin de Daudet, an abandoned mill set on the hillside above town, reputedly where Daudet wrote Letters from My Windmill. On the outskirts of Fontvieille, on the D33, as the road travels beyond the mill, also of interest are the ruins of an old Roman Aqueduct that stands unceremoniously in a field just off the road at the intersection of the D82.
