The previous owners realized a dream by converting this handsome 18th-century Relais du Poste into an exceptional hotel, conveniently located on the approach to town. With a Mediterranean accent, the exterior is easy to spot. It is washed in warm ochre, and the windows are trimmed in white and paired with distinctive blue shutters. A lovely outdoor pool is on a terrace set just below the entrance. Inside the style of decor can be described as subdued and elegant. Guestrooms are extremely comfortable, modern, and very restful in muted earth tones. The restaurant could not be prettier; especially in the evenings, when candlelight softly illuminates the pale, yellow walls and table linens. But it is the menu that will really excite. It reflects an excellent choice of pairing the finest ingredients with creative and artful presentation. Under new ownership, the hotel remains an appealing choice for overnight accommodation. It is the attentive, professional, and unpretentious service that makes a stay here memorable and the experience superlative.
